Salad with orzo

Try a very healthy and easy salad for all day, with Wise Greece products of cource!


500gr Wise Greece exclusive orzo of fresh vegetables

250g feta greek cheese or vegan cheese

100g sun-dried tomatoes

100g olives Greek Pony Farm

chopped parsley

8 tablespoons Green & Blu organic extra virgin olive oil

Salt Pepper


Boil the barley for 15 minutes. Break the cheese into pieces. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and the olives into pieces and finely chop the parsley.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Add salt, pepper and lastly the olive oil and mix again.

Our recipe is ready to serve!
