A menu full of finger food with Wise Greece products!
The talented Chef Ms Dina Nikolaou, organized a cooking class with delicious finger food recipes and Wise Greece products for a good cause! We cooked with friends, we learned new cooking tips, we tried Wise Greece products and we turned the profit from the ticket into food for the children of “Chatzikiriakio” (An Orphanage in Piraeus).
We learned how to make mini pizza on a stick with Bougiourdi (a tomato spicy pepper spread), Tartines with tomato-mastic-mint pate, mushrooms and smoked cheese, Mini kebab with bacon and tomato-soft cheese-thyme sauce and for the end… truffles with fleur de seul and Threpsis Superfood.
