All rusks stand out for their unique flavor, such as the very aromatic ouzo mini rusks with star anise, the traditional Migadi round rolls, the sweet and healthy rusks with carob, the barley and wheat rusks or the sweet mini rusks with chocolate and raisins. What makes them so fluffy is their special production process: the dough is made by hand, then put into specially made ovens and finally dried naturally for 20 hours. The distinctive texture and the use of pure local ingredients, based on the traditional recipes dating back to 1880, is what makes these Cretan rusks unique. Needless to say that they contain no additives, no artificial colors or preservatives!
