Wise Greece participated in the Olive Oil Tasting event held at Modiano Market in Thessaloniki, aiming to introduce visitors and journalists to the “gold” of Greece. There, we had the opportunity to offer olive oils from the small producers of Wise Greece and explain the characteristics of the products.
During the Masterclass organized, visitors had the chance to taste 7 different extra virgin olive oils and 6 olives from various varieties and processing methods from different regions of Greece. They also learned about the unique production process of extra virgin olive oil and how it acquires the unique flavor that distinguishes it.
Wise Greece, of course, couldn’t miss this event, so we also presented the exceptional extra virgin olive oils from the small producers participating in Wise Greece.
