The very important award came for the first time in our country.
Specifically, the founder of Wise Greece Melina Taprantzi, was awarded by the United Nations and the World Bank, as one of the 7 women worldwide, whose activities contribute to achieving the goals of the global Sustainability Agenda 2030 (see more).
The importance of the award is reinforced by the fact that in the midst of a pandemic, Wise Greece continued its work at the same pace, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. It is also the only non-profit that was honored with the SDGs and Her award among all the countries of Europe, but also of Central Asia!
The Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, congratulated Wise Greece through his post on social media for this important distinction, which brought global interest to Greece.
