Dolopia Aubergine salad
Description
Aubergine salad is a traditional beloved flavor in Greece, which now comes in a jar from the company Dolopia! Some of ingredients are the smoked aubergines, red peppers from Florina, onions and extra virgin olive oil. A great snack for ouzo or raki, with no coloring or preservatives added, but you can also use it in cooking, in red sauces and stew!
