Dolopia Eggplant salad with smoked tea
Description
The classic Greek recipe, presented here in a more modern version by Dolopia. It even won a Great Taste Award! The eggplant, the extra virgin olive oil, the garlic are blended in harmony with smoked tea, leaving a “smoked” feeling in the end. It beautifully accompanies ouzo and tsipouro or you can enjoy it onto toasted bread or as a dip at your table.
