Dolopia presents a different tarhana with 28% goat milk from local producers of Domokos. Its rich buttery taste will excite you, both for traditional cooking and for trahanoto, which is a new proposal in Mediterranean cuisine!

Dolopia prepares its handmade products in Domokos, based on traditional recipes, but with ideas from today! For the pasta, bronze molds are used, to obtain a textured texture, in order to better hold the sauce!
