In a small, semi-mountainous village near Sparta, in certified-organic olive groves and olive mills, a group of farmers produce small quantities of the organic extra-virgin olive oil “Elea Terra”. It has a rich, fruity flavor and exquisite aroma and has received official recognition with Protected Geographic Indication (PGI) status.
