Green & Blu presents its new homemade recipe with Kalamon olives and Greek capers, mixed with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and aromatic herbs (thyme and savory).

Spread it on fresh hot bread, crackers or pie bread. It is also ideal for dips, in pasta sauce or pizza coating for extra flavor, but also in sandwiches, as a healthy substitute for butter or margarine!
