This handmade trachanas is made from select Greek wheat and fresh vegetables.

Besides the classic trachanas soup, you can make trachanas risotto, pie, velouté soup, or use it in recipes as a substitute for rice.

The company’s story began when Mama Irini found her great-grandmother’s recipes! With love and experimentation, the original pasta series ‘The Workshop of Irini’ was created, coming to us directly from Thessaloniki!
