Apart from the classic trachanosupa, you can make trachanoto, pies, veloute soups, or use it in recipes instead of rice.

The history of the company begins when mama Irene found her great-grandmother’s recipes. With love and experimentation, Irene’s Workshop created a series of original pastas, straight from Thessaloniki!
