In early summer on the fir-covered peaks of Arcadia, the hives produce the only Greek honey recognised with “Protected Designation of Origin” status. This is a particularly thick fir honey, with amazing iridescence that captivates the eye, while the delicious richness of rare intensity and unusual sweetness unfolds on the palate.
