Description

Found in inaccessible parts of the mountains or on rocks near the sea, it blooms from July to August. It is therefore a rare grass that, with natural drying, can be enjoyed at any time of the year. It has a bitter taste and you can try it as a raw or boiled salad with olive oil and lemon or add it to various meat or fish recipes.
