Wild Horta Dried Tamarisk

Description

An extremely rare plant as its lifespan is very limited, growing only for a few months in summer near the sea. Tamarisk has a salty and sweet taste and is usually eaten as a boiled salad with olive oil and lemon. It goes well with any kind of fish and is quite popular in expensive restaurants as a side dish.

The natural dehydration techniques used by Ena Ena absorb 90% of the water, which means that with just 15g of dried greens you can enjoy the nutrients of around 150g of fresh greens.
