It is collected from the nectar and secretions of Kastania, the so-called “Queen of the Mountain”, from the mountains of mountainous Arcadia. A special honey, known for its unique properties with an intense, “peppery” taste, less sweet than others and with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Chestnut blossom honey is rich in trace elements such as potassium, magnesium, manganese. You will enjoy it with your afternoon tea, on top of your yogurt, or at breakfast & pastry!
