Green ketchup? Yes it is possible! All you need is little imagination, a lot of passion and fresh ingredients. That is exactly what Yiam did to create this green ketchup, made out of unripe tomatoes, a touch of balsamic vinegar and plenty of spices. It is ideal for grilled meats and of course for homemade burgers!
Yiam is a company based in a small Greek village that is called Agia in Larissa, which creates handmade delicacies, with an extra dose of love like your mom would prepare them. The products are prepared without preservatives or artificial colors, with nothing but pure local ingredients that are responsible for their unique taste!
