Summer just loves ice-tea! Try it with nectarines and honey and you will be thrilled! Look below the simple recipe and prepare it on your own!
Boil the water. Cut the herb into smaller pieces and place it in a tea pot (we use all its parts: stem, leaves and flower). Pour in the boiling water, cover and let stand for 20 minutes until it slightly cools. We do this in order to mix in the honey when the temperature of the water has slightly dropped so that we best retain the honey’s nutritional benefits. Mix in the honey until dissolved. Cover again and let it stand for another hour. Strain into a pitcher and add in the sliced nectarines. Cover and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve with ice.
