Fish fillet with capers and wine

Summer has arrived and with it the ideas for summer dishes that will excite you!

4 fish fillets (cod or perch)

2 dried onions

2 tomatoes sauce

125 ml olive oil

250 ml white wine Traveler Malagouzia

zest of 1 lemon

Lagadas farm capers in brine

1 clove of garlic grated

1 tsp. Adam Herbs organic oregano

1 tsp. Rosemary

salt, pepper




Sauté the onion and garlic in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil until tender.

Place them in a taxi and touch the fish fillets on top.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, oregano and rosemary, salt and pepper and drizzle with it the fillets.

Pass the fillets with the tomato sauce, pour the wine and cover with an aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30′.

Serve with a few capers blossoms on each fish fillet.

Accompany with rice and vegetables of your choice.
