1 pastry sheet
300gr broccoli
200gr diced ham
1 tbsp olive oil
2 chopped fresh onions
1 pinch of nutmeg
sweet and sour sauce Simply Greek for Wise Greece
250gr sour cream 35%
250gr cream cheese
200gr gruyere
100gr parmesan
3 medium eggs, 1 yolk
Salt, freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp spearmint

Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 160°C in air, flour a round cake pan approx. 28cm diameter and spread the pastry sheet. Press it well and stick it to the bottom and the walls of the pan and with a fork pierce the base of the dough. Put the tart in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. In a non-stick pan, add the olive oil and sauté the ham and the fresh onions for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. In a bowl, add the sour cream, cream cheese, gruyere, half the parmesan, eggs and yolk. Stir with a whisk until smooth, add the nutmeg, stir and set aside. Remove the tart from the oven and after it cools down, spread the sweet and sour sauce to the base. Then spread the ham with the spring onion and then add the broccoli. Sprinkle the chopped spearmint and pepper on top. Finally, pour the filling over the tart and allow it to spread evenly. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
