Ingredients:
500gr pasta
500gr shrimp with shell
1 jar of Wise Greece sauce “Tomato-Greek Grappa”
1 large onion
Biodinami fine salt
Extra virgin olive oil Elea Terra
1 garlic
Chili optional
Parsley for finishing
Cooking instructions:
In a pot with water, bring to boil the shrimps with their shells for about 10-15 minutes, depending on their size. Do not throw away this water! You will use it to boil the pasta! In this way they will have extra “sea” flavor…
Once the shrimps are cold, peel the shells and chop the onion and the garlic. In a pan with a little olive oil, add the onion and the garlic and let them cook until they have a golden color. Add the shrimps and let them cook for another 5 minutes. Then, add the Wise Greece “Tomato-Greek Grappa” sauce in the pan. Let the sauce boil for another 5 minutes and add the cooked pasta to the pan.
Serve your dish with chopped parsley!
