Turkey, Avocado & Piccalilli Sandwich

A delicious, filling, and easy sandwich without cheese.

Ingredients:

3 thin slices deli turkey (roast)

1 large bread roll or other bread ideal for sandwich such as ciabatta

2-3 lettuce leaves thinly sliced

3 thin tomato slices

3-4 thinly sliced onion rings (optional)

½ avocado, thinly sliced

3-4 bread and butter pickles, The Stuffers, Wise Greece

4 teaspoons piccalilli sauce The Stuffers, Wise Greece

2 tsp mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl combine 4 teaspoons piccalilli sauce and 2 teaspoons mayonnaise and mix.

Cut the bread roll open and spread half the amount of sauce on the bottom part. Add a handful of thinly sliced lettuce on top, them on top 3-4 tomato slices, lay the sliced avocado on top, the onion (if using), and the turkey. Place 3-4 bread and butter pickles on top of the turkey, spread the other bread half with the remaining sauce and close your sandwich. Cut in half and enjoy.
