Ingredients:
200gr feta cut into a rectangular/square slice, about 2cm thick
1 tomato slice cut in half
4-5 thin slices of bell pepper
½ tsp chili flakes (or less according to taste)
pinch of dried oregano
1 tsp Organic Kalamata olive paste by Elea Terra
½ tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
A drizzle of olive oil to serve

Cooking instructions:
Preheat oven at 190C. Line a rectangular piece of foil (large enough to wrap the feta in) with parchment paper. Place the feta slice on the parchment paper. Arrange the tomatoes and sliced pepper on top and wrap. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Carefully open the parcel. Sprinkle with dried oregano, place a teaspoon of olive paste in the middle, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with the chili flakes and chopped basil.
