Our beloved Chef Carolina Doriti is inspired by the Wise Greece products and creates easy, quick and delicious recipes for our new Wise Home Cooking series.
200gr fresh strawberries, sliced
1 jar sugar-free apple jam by To Filema tis Lelas
1 apple peeled, cored and diced
100gr butter cut into cubes
100gr dark brown muscovado sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
100gr all purpose flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
140gr porridge oats
Preheat oven at 170C. In a bowl mix the strawberries, apple and apple jam. Spread the mix evenly in an oven-proof baking dish (around 20x10cm). In a second bowl mix the oat, flour and cinnamon. Add in the butter and rub gently to combine. Add in the sugar and maple syrup and rub again. Sprinkle evenly on top of the strawberries. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or yogurt.
