Chef Carolina Doriti created a dessert that is very seasonal, fast and very, very enjoyable!
Ingredients for 2-4 portions:
200 g mascarpone cheese
200 g strained yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 shot of ByRaki cherry
4 fresh figs
2 tbsp. orange honey Wise Greece
Cut the figs into four or six small pieces.
Put them in a bowl and pour the raki over them.
Leave them aside (or in the fridge if it is very hot) to marinate for 30 minutes.
Put the mascarpone in a bowl and mix it well with the yogurt, sugar and vanilla.
Serve the cream on the plates, decorate with the figs, which we have previously drained.
Put honey on top and for the end add the peanuts.
Serve and enjoy!
