Wise Greece supports Greek food producers and their small family businesses by helping them promote their products in Greece and abroad. The organization reinvests the profit from these sales to purchase food of high nutritional value for people living at risk of poverty.<\/p>\n

To date, Wise Greece collaborates with 100 small producers, offering more than 2,500 products, many of which are exported internationally. Hundreds of tons of food have already been donated to people in need.<\/p>\n

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Collaborations<\/strong>
\nIn an effort to maximize its social impact, Wise Greece designs and implements programs with the support of major companies, focusing on awareness, solidarity, and giving back.<\/p>\n

One such initiative is the \u201cHope Box\u201d program, created to support people affected by the ongoing crises in Greece. So far, tens of tons of food have been distributed through this program, in collaboration with various companies and institutions.<\/p>\n

Another initiative, \u201c\u20ac0.01 Makes a Difference,\u201d is implemented by partner companies over a specific period. For every product sold, \u20ac0.01 is donated to Wise Greece. At the end of the campaign, the total amount raised is converted into food for people in need. This program has already resulted in the donation of tens of tons of high-nutritional-value food, thanks to the support of numerous companies.<\/p>\n

Educational Programs for Citizens Across Greece<\/strong>
\nWise Greece also organizes educational programs to help individuals develop essential skills, with a particular focus on those living and working in rural areas. These programs include online seminars led by experienced trainers, covering topics such as future entrepreneurship trends, digital tools, sustainability, and employability.<\/p>\n

To date, thousands of people have taken part in these programs, with the majority stating that they feel more prepared to take the next entrepreneurial step and that they gained practical knowledge to face professional challenges. Notably, a large portion of participants are young people aged 18\u201329, reflecting a significant investment in the next generation.<\/p>\n

Women-Led Collaborations<\/strong>
\nWise Greece is committed to creating opportunities for women to showcase their unique talents. A significant percentage of those working for Wise Greece producers are women. Additionally, a large number of participants in the educational programs and volunteers supporting the organization\u2019s efforts are also women.<\/p>\n

Promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>
\nWise Greece works tirelessly to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with particular emphasis on Goal 2: Zero Hunger, Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. In recognition of its impact, Wise Greece has been honored by the United Nations and the World Bank as one of just seven initiatives worldwide significantly advancing the SDGs.<\/p>\n

As part of its SDG advocacy efforts, Wise Greece also runs the \u201cSDGs Coffee Breaks\u201d program with corporate partners. Once a month, an online coffee break is held with employees of the partnering company to discuss sustainability and impact. Thousands of participants have joined this initiative to date, supported by many leading companies.<\/p>\n

Wise Greece continues to expand its social impact daily through CSR programs, volunteer actions, awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, and more.<\/p>\n
