Chef Carolina Doriti creates for our new\u00a0Wise Home Cooking Series<\/a>, fluffy, delicious and very easy pancakes with the Wise Greece\u00a0products<\/a>, for breakfast, brunch or any other time of the day!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For 9 pancakes:<\/strong>
\n60gr melted cow\u2019s milk butter
\n440gr milk
\n1 large egg
\n50gr sugar
\n12gr baking powder
\n\u00bc tsp baking soda
\n\u00bc tsp salt
\n290gr all purpose flour
\n1 tsp vanilla
\nButter for frying
\n4-5 fresh figs sliced in rounds
\n1 jar\u00a0aronia jam with orange by Dolopia<\/a>
\n3-4 tablespoons of warm water
\n3-4 tsp toasted sesame seeds<\/p>\n

Cooking instructions:<\/strong>
\nShift flour in a bowl and mix in all dried ingredients. Pour the milk in a separate large bowl and beat with the egg. Make sure the butter is cooled down and mix it in. Start adding the dried ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until just incorporated. Don\u2019t overmix and don\u2019t worry if it\u2019s lumpy. Let the mix stand for ten minutes.
\nHeat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of butter and allow it to melt. Add a full ladle of the mix in the pan and gently spread it out to form a round pancake. Let it cook until bubbles form on the top and you can easily flip it. Let it cook for another few minutes on the other side until nice and golden. Repeat with the rest of the mix.
\nIn a small bowl add 6 tablespoons of jam and mix it with the warm water until its consistency is light enough to resemble a syrup (you will pour this over your pancakes at the end).
\nPlace a pancake on a plate. Add a full teaspoon of the jam in its center and gently spread it out. Place a second pancake on top and repeat. Place a third pancake and pour over 3 tablespoons of the marmalade syrup. Place some sliced figs on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.<\/p>\n
