\n1 cube of fresh yeast 25gr. or 1 sachet of dry yeast

\nTo make the dough, put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix with a spoon. We make a puddle in the center. Dissolve the yeast in water and add the sugar. Cover with cling film and leave to activate for 10 minutes. When the surface foams, it is ready. Pour the activated yeast into the flour. Pour the olive oil in the water and all together, in the flour. Stir circularly with a spoon, from the center to the outside.
