One of our favorite comfort food in its vegetarian version! Delicious juicy meatballs with tomato and tsipouro (a type of Greek grappa) sauce! Combine them with pasta or rice and enjoy a fulfilling meal made for vegetarians -and not only\u2026<\/p>\n

Learn more about the non-profit Initiative\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Ingredients Cooking instructions Simmer the spinach until its volume is reduced, then add salt and pepper and let it cool. In the meantime, use the grater or the blender for the zucchinis and carrots and let them drain the liquids.Then in a large bowl add the oats, spinach, zucchini, olive oil with garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to stiffen. Afterwards, mold the meatballs, spread them on a baking tray and bake for about 1 hour at 200C. When they are ready leave them in order to cool down and in a skillet pour the tomato-tsipouro sauce.
