\u201cTasty aromatic\u00a0cookies, crispy and fluffy, made with Wise Greece\u00a0products\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>for a good cause! Try\u00a0them with a cup of hot coffee!\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/span>
\n<\/span>180 ml.\u00a0Elea Terra<\/a>\u00a0extra virgin olive oil<\/span>
\n<\/span>180 gr. granulated sugar<\/span>
\n<\/span>140 ml. orange juice<\/span>
\n<\/span>zest of one orange<\/span>
\n<\/span>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/span>
\n<\/span>3\/4 Teaspoon soda<\/span>
\n<\/span>1\/2 Teaspoon baking powder<\/span>
\n<\/span>550 g. soft flour<\/span>
\n<\/span>sesame for winding<\/span><\/p>\n

Cooking instructions:<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span>1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (in the air mode).<\/span>
\n<\/span>2. In a deep bowl pour the oil, sugar and orange juice. You stir with a\u00a0<\/span>whisk<\/span>\u00a0until\u00a0<\/span>you have\u00a0<\/span>a smooth and homogeneous mixture.<\/span>
\n<\/span>3. In another bowl sift all the powders and mix them with a spoon.<\/span>
\n<\/span>4. Empty the mixture with the solids to the one with the oil, add the zest and stir for a few minutes gently until the oil is absorbed.<\/span>
\n<\/span>5. Spread a sheet of greaseproof paper in a pan for cookies. Shape the mixture into small cookies in the shape that you love and dive each one in the sesame.<\/span>
\n<\/span>6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Once they get a golden color they are ready.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tips:<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span>* You can replace sugar with brown raw sugar, you will have to use 220g.<\/span>
\n<\/span>* If you prefer more intense flavor, you can add 2 teaspoons of Brandy.<\/span>
\n<\/span>* If the dough is sticky, add some more flour.<\/span><\/p>\n
