Swiss cheese<br \/>\n3 cups <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/product\/agros-tis-pindou-alevri-genikis-chrisis\/\">all-purpose flour<\/a><br \/>\n3 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n3 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\n1-1\/2 teaspoons <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/product\/biodinami-salt\/\">salt<\/a><br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/product\/%ce%bc%cf%8d%ce%bb%ce%bf%cf%82-%ce%bc%ce%b5-%ce%bc%ce%b1%cf%8d%cf%81%ce%bf-%cf%80%ce%b9%cf%80%ce%ad%cf%81%ce%b9\/\">pepper<\/a><br \/>\n1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/product\/ammousa-byra-english-ipa-55\/\">bottle beer<\/a> or nonalcoholic beer<br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter, melted<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 190\u00b0C. Divide cheese in half. Cut half into half-centimeter cubes; shred remaining cheese.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir beer into dry ingredients just until moistened and then mix in the cubed and shredded cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer to a greased pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Products
