Chef Carolina Doriti created a dessert that is very seasonal, fast and very, very enjoyable!<\/p>\n

Figs with mascarpone cream and yogurt, using Wise Greece products<\/a> for the Wise Home Cooking<\/a> line!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ingredients for 2-4 portions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

200 g mascarpone cheese<\/p>\n

200 g strained yogurt<\/p>\n

\u00bd teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n

1 tbsp. powdered sugar<\/p>\n

1 shot of ByRaki cherry<\/a><\/p>\n

4 fresh figs<\/p>\n

2 tbsp unsalted pistachios of Aegina<\/a><\/p>\n

2 tbsp. orange honey<\/a> Wise Greece<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cooking Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cut the figs into four or six small pieces.<\/p>\n

Put them in a bowl and pour the raki over them.<\/p>\n

Leave them aside (or in the fridge if it is very hot) to marinate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Put the mascarpone in a bowl and mix it well with the yogurt, sugar and vanilla.<\/p>\n

Serve the cream on the plates, decorate with the figs, which we have previously drained.<\/p>\n

Put honey on top and for the end add the peanuts.<\/p>\n
