{"id":19440,"date":"2021-10-01T13:27:50","date_gmt":"2021-10-01T10:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/?p=19440"},"modified":"2022-04-01T16:13:05","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T13:13:05","slug":"wise-home-cooking-biscuit-tarts-with-plum-jam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/en\/recipes-with-wise-greece-products\/wise-home-cooking-biscuit-tarts-with-plum-jam\/","title":{"rendered":"WISE HOME COOKING: Biscuit tarts with plum jam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Delicious cookie tarts with plum jam for all hours of the day, by our favorite Chef Carolina Doritis, made with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/en\/products\/\">Wise Greece products!<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 8-10 tartlets: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the dough<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>100gr butter melted at low temperature<\/p>\n<p>330gr flour<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 teaspoon \u00a0baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1 egg (separated the yolk from the egg white)<\/p>\n<p>50g brown sugar (fine)<\/p>\n<p>50ml brandy<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. lemon juice Grate a small unripe lemon<\/p>\n<p>25ml milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the filling: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/en\/product\/dolopia-plum-jam\/\">Plum jam with Dolopia cinnamon<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>For garnish: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd tbsp. \u00a0\u00a0grated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisegreece.com\/en\/product\/exclusive-unsalted-pistachios\/\">pistachio Aegina unsalted Wise Greece Exclusive<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. strained yogurt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd teaspoon \u00a0\u00a0lemon zest<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon powdered sugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 170 \u00b0 C.\u00a0 \u00a0Let the butter cool a bit.\u00a0 \u00a0Sift the flour into a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the baking powder and sugar.\u00a0 \u00a0Add the butter and lemon zest and knead.<\/p>\n<p>In a second bowl, mix the brandy with the yolks and milk.\u00a0 Start adding it gradually to the flour while kneading. Finally, knead the lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>Our dough should be smooth, relatively soft and not stick to the hands.<\/p>\n<p>Butter a muffin tin.\u00a0 \u00a0Flour a surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Cut with a cutter or glass with a diameter of about 8-10 cm and place each piece in the recesses of the pan.<\/p>\n<p>Press it gently with your hands and spread it on the base and a little around the walls.<\/p>\n<p>Add about 2 teaspoons of the jam into each tart.<\/p>\n<p>Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Take them out of the oven and let them cool a bit.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, prepare the yogurt that will come from above.
