Nikoleta and Aspa explain to us that when you are creative and multifaceted, there are many options!\u00a0Let’s get to know them…<\/p>\n

Tell us a little bit about yourself?\u00a0How did you get started?\u00a0How did you come up with the idea to get involved with food?<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>First of all, let’s say that the laboratory was built entirely by us two.\u00a0We are Aspa and Nikoleta and we had nothing to do with the subject except that we like cooking and dealing with food.\u00a0With this answer, however, we will prove to you that THERE ARE CHOICES in Greece of the crisis if you are a creative and multifaceted person.<\/p>\n

Friends tell us:<\/p>\n

-I can’t stand my job…\u00a0But how should I leave?<\/p>\n

-I can’t find a job…\u00a0And what am I going to do in my life?<\/p>\n

The answer is one!\u00a0TAKE A DEEP BREATH!\u00a0SHOW COURAGE!\u00a0MAKE YOUR DREAMS A REALITY!\u00a0THE TIME HAS COME TO SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT OPEN UP IN FRONT OF YOU!<\/p>\n

Nikoleta has studied forestry with a master’s degree in biology, continuous involvement in sports and work experience in marketing and sales and Aspa has studies in political science, a master’s degree in cultural management, work experience in online marketing and in recent years she has maintained a tavern with her husband.<\/p>\n

Many different fields….isn’t it?<\/p>\n

The reason for this is that you are probably not very ready in the 20s to choose what you want to do in the future…<\/p>\n

(An important man once told us:<\/p>\n

\u2013“The most interesting people I’ve ever met have never learned what they want to do in their lives…”<\/em><\/p>\n

and we thought that we do not like to put labels on ourselves and we simply seek happiness by using any means …)<\/p>\n

In 2016, we submitted an application to the NSRF program for Start-up Entrepreneurship.\u00a0We wasted some time on the application and saw that there really was a gap in the food and processing market and especially in our own mayonnaise category.\u00a0Without waiting for it, our business plan was accepted and so we found the funding needed to move forward (Ask and you will receive…\u00a0whoever searches finds….and other such…).\u00a0So we said to seize the opportunity.<\/p>\n

That is what we are, ladies and gentlemen!<\/p>\n

Tell us a little bit about the brand.\u00a0What does he stand for?\u00a0What purpose did you create it for?<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Our brand stands for exactly who we are!
\nTwo young\/fresh girls (haha!) with an appetite for new experiences and trials!
\nSo we wanted to project our potential and our appetite for creation!
\nSo this brand is what represents us!<\/p>\n

How did you get started?\u00a0What difficulties did you face?<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>As we said above, both of us were in a period of change at the time.\u00a0The NSRF program helped us a lot, but the bureaucracy that accompanies it was something that made it difficult for us.
\nHowever, it was not a deterrent and we definitely recommend participation in such programs to those who would like to start something or strengthen their already business, financially.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your products.\u00a0What makes them different?<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Our workshop was built with great care and love. Mayonnaise was also building our home but because it has nothing to do with doing it professionally, we worked with a food technologist who helped us stabilize the product and maintain a good quality. Initially, we started with 2 products and within a few months we reached the 8 different products.<\/p>\n
