In a pan, saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook until it browns. Stir in the tomato paste, grated tomato, rice, zucchini, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1071\">Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and pour in the hot water.
