Wise Greece has signed the Diversity Charter, actively participating in the effort to promote equality, inclusion, and respect for the uniqueness of every individual in the workplace.
The Diversity Charter is an initiative of the European Commission, aiming to strengthen diversity in businesses, organizations, and institutions. Since 2019, it has also been implemented in Greece, bringing the European vision of a fair and open work environment into the local reality.
Diversity refers to the coexistence of individuals with various characteristics, such as gender, gender identity, gender expression or characteristics, age, national or ethnic origin, language, disability, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, educational background, way of thinking, and many other aspects of human identity.
Managing diversity within an organization means actively and systematically recognizing, accepting, and utilizing the uniqueness of every person. The goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free workplace, where every individual can participate equally and grow.
