One of the most important celebrations of the year, the “kazani gatherings,” begins in Crete from mid-autumn. The distilleries make their appearance, and together with relatives and friends, they produce the famous raki accompanied by traditional songs and delicious local appetizers.
Guided by tradition and inspired by traditional liqueurs, the company ByRaki Flavor, based in Heraklion, Crete, aims to introduce us to the art of distillation and invites us to try a modern version of raki with luscious cherry flavor!
