With a focus on strengthening local entrepreneurship and providing modern professional resources, the professional and business empowerment workshop organized by Wise Greece in Syros has been successfully concluded. This initiative, implemented with the valuable support of the TUI Care Foundation and in close collaboration with the Municipality of Syros, evolved into a day filled with knowledge, new experiences, and creative dialogue.
The workshop offered participants an intensive training program focusing on three fundamental pillars of the modern market. Initially, the transition “from product to experience” was analyzed, highlighting how a business can offer added value to the customer beyond the item being sold. Subsequently, emphasis was placed on the creation of a proper business plan, providing the necessary tools for the sustainability and growth of an idea, while the program concluded with the customer service module, which remains the decisive factor for the success of any professional effort.
It was a day that proved that knowledge and cooperation constitute the strongest foundations for the development of local entrepreneurship.
