Savory Cake with Olives & Cheese

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups Agros of Pindos all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup grated cheese (e.g. kasseri or graviera)
1/2 cup Mesimeri Kalamata olives, finely chopped
1/3 cup Florina red pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp Akroria organic oregano
Pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil. Add the flour and baking powder and gently mix. Stir in the cheese, olives, oregano, and peppers. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
