The product that stands out for me is my very first label: AMMOUSA English IPA with Ginger. It all began as a homebrewing experiment—the recipe was developed in a basement using basic equipment, and it fulfilled the very reason I got into brewing in the first place: to combine two seemingly different, yet deeply connected crafts – the art of beer and the art of food.
My goal was to create beers with distinctive flavors and aromas that would complement or even elevate food—and with AMMOUSA English IPA with Ginger, I believe I succeeded.
With this label, I wanted to challenge the common perception that beer is just a soft drink or only a summer beverage. It’s not just something to quench your thirst—it has the power to generously offer complex flavors and rich aromas.
